Kunal has over 20 years experience managing multiple project teams, preconstruction and construction activities of New Construction and Renovation projects in total of over 200+ million dollars and 2000+ units. He has acquired an extensive base of knowledge in building a wide range of products from tenant fit-outs, mixed- use, high-rise multi-family, affordable housing, single families, renovations and historical restorations.

Kunal has a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture from the University of Pune, India; Masters of Construction Management and a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Tech. He lives in Potomac, MD with his wife and two children. He is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys playing Cricket and Racquet ball.
